Purpose:
The Advertising & Digital Media Coordinator's main responsibility is to secure ads in all BEBA publications, assist in securing sponsors and tables in all BEBA events locally, and present reports on the status of each category. He/ She will manage social media platforms; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing
Secure ads in all BEBA publications and achieve marketing targets in the following:
Membership directory
Desk calendar
Website
Annual report
ID cards
E Newsletter
2. Events
Contribute in organising events.
Assist in securing sponsors & tables for the event.
Support in the logistics of the event before, during & after.
3. Digital Media
Upload regular posts on social media pages.
Post photos and manage content on social media.
Upload events’ videos on BEBA YouTube channel.
Implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
4. Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed
Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Administration
Experience:
0 – 1 year experience
Skills:
Creative, dynamic and able to work independently
High level of computer and database literacy; skills must include ability to alternately use a variety of applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports (MS Office applications, Adobe, etc.)
Excellent English language & communications skills
Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively in verbal and written communication. Superior attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills.
Organization, prioritization, and sound judgment skills are essential.
Ability to work under stress
