Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the social media platforms; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. He/ She is also responsible for designing events’ flyers, brochures’ covers, ID cards…. etc.


Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design art work for BEBA brochures/membership directory/Annual Report/banner etc….
  • Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays and productions for organization and its clients
  • Produce videos, photography, animated graphics, and other electronic multimedia
  • Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends
  • Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed
  • Upload regular posts on social media pages
  • Post photos and manage content on social media
  • Upload events’ videos on BEBA YouTube channel
  • Create marketing plan for BEBA business missions on social media platforms
  • Producing BEBA annual report on an annual basis
  • Develop and manage strategic outreach plan and publishing schedule
  • Create and present regular lead generation analytics reports, and provide insight for improvement
  • Support Marketing and Communications in posting press releases on regular basis.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Printers etc.) on production of marketing materials and assets
  • Provide support for events and functions
  • To provide e-commerce content management goals and to keep track of the publication schedule
  • Make the necessary reporting so that e-commerce marketing goals can be achieved.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
  • Execute projects with the team to create content
  • Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
  • Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in lead generation/acquisition marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Strong eye for detail and basic graphic design skills
  • Sophisticated oral communication skills, as well as social media knowledges.
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization
