On December 2, 2025, one year on, BEBA Egypt has successfully organised another mission to the UK for H.E. Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt.

H.E. Eng. Karim Badawi delivered key reflections on the strategic trajectory of Egypt’s mining sector in a thoughtful discussion moderated by Hoda Mansour, Managing Director, SUKARI GOLD MINES, AngloGold Ashanti, emphasising the sector’s expanding role in national development and international cooperation.

The mission also featured a series of targeted one-to-one meetings with leading UK and international stakeholders further strengthened dialogue around investment, exploration, and future collaboration. We were delighted to have Eng. Yasser Ramadan, Chairman of EMRA, accompany the Minister throughout.
